- Please remove the back glass panel.
- Unscrew all the screws from the motherboard section.
- Open the bottom ringer section as the display's flex connects to the charging PCB.
- Disconnect the broken display's flex and connect the new display flex.
- Test the new display extensively and later install it on your phone.
You should never remove protective films or paste the display without testing it. Also, you can test the fingerprint sensor functionality only when the display is placed in the front frame.
