A) We are not affiliated with any of the companies mentioned on our website. We sell OEM mobile parts that are 100% Original in quality and way cheaper in terms of price. You can use these replacement parts to repair your cell phone. It is your decision to use 100% OEM parts because they are way cheaper and offer the same quality as your original ones. We don’t sell parts with the logos of the respective companies, as this would be a trademark infringement.

B) Display Combo dot com does not (and can’t) control the use of the parts it sells, and there are no expressed warranties other than those stated for any particular part.

If an item or part is damaged during shipment, please get in touch with us immediately. The liability of a damaged part (During Transit) is limited to either the replacement of the part or item or the cost of replacement of the part or item shipped. Seller may insure each part or item it ships but shall not be liable to customer for any damages beyond either a replacement part or item or the cost of a replacement part or item, in Seller’s sole discretion. Seller is not responsible for parts lost or damaged during return shipments from Customer to Display Combo. The customer is solely responsible for obtaining insurance for all returns to the Seller.

C) We are not responsible for the wrong installation you made. It is your responsibility to check the parts before fixing them permanently. Upon receipt of a part, please check it carefully for proper functioning and then remove its front lamination.

This doesn’t mean that we don’t check the part before sending it. We check the part carefully before sending it, but one part that works here may not work on the customer’s side for various reasons. It is always a better idea to check the part before fixing it.

D) In case of buying a Touch LCD Combo (or Digitizer or Only LCDs), you can check all of them without removing any front or back lamination. You simply need to connect the part to the motherboard and test it for proper working.

E) We are not liable for any damage which occurs from repairing the cell phone. Please don’t try to repair your handset If you don’t know what you are doing.

F) Any personal data collected will be used by Display Combo to contact you via phone, SMS, or email for marketing and to deliver certain updates for services or information you have requested.

G) Data Retention

We retain your personal information in accordance with the appliable laws, for a period no longer than is required for the purpose for which it was collected or as required under any applicable law.

We may retain data related to you if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse or if required by law or for other legitimate purposes. We use your email address or phone number to contact you only if you are requesting us to do so. 

H) Data Deletion

You can always delete your account with us by logging into your account. You can also request us to delete your account with us and we’ll do so within 24 hours. Please send an email to support@displaycombo.com for that. We don’t retain any information related to you after deleting your account with us.
