We don't offer Cash on Delivery as a payment method as this method negatively impact the business. COD as a payment method is highly abused, so many customers (more than 50%) place bogus orders without having the necessary amount or intention to order the product.

  • Many customers order the same item from multiple vendors, take the one that arrives sooner, and reject all other orders at the time of delivery (We consider it cheating with multiple people simultaneously).
  • Couriers always charge two-way shipping charges if a customer refuses to accept the order. So the seller pays money to send the parcel and receive it back without earning anything. In reality, the seller pays the courier for the buyer's failure to accept the shipment.
  • COD orders are a huge burden for businesses. We consider it an abused payment method.
  • A seller's money is equally important as a buyer's, and many customers have abused the COD system to death in the name of convenience.

  • Products with no screen guard or warranty stickers (because you removed these).

Q: What is the time frame for applying for a refund?

You should apply for a refund within 30 days after delivery. For example, if you ordered the product on June 1 and received the delivery on June 6. The 30-day count begins from the delivery date, not the ordering date.

You should return the product in brand new condition as we supplied; this is the only condition for a refund. We can’t issue refunds for used/installed products.
