Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How can I cancel my order?
You can easily cancel your order by logging into your account and clicking the “Cancel Order” button. If you want to change your order (like buying the display for another model or changing the color of the ordered product), you need to contact us at 8112293573.
If your order has not shipped yet, we’ll make the necessary changes. Please note that it is tough to change the order if the parcel has already been shipped to you. In that condition, we’ll stop the shipment for an RTO (Return To Origin) and help you accordingly, but it will take two additional days.
Q: Where do you have your inventory?
We maintain all the inventory in-house and don't rush to market to find the items after receiving the order. Many players in our segment don't have ready stock. When the customer places an order, they try to find the product in the market and often fail.
We can ship the product within 30 minutes of a confirmed order. Please don't worry. If we don't have a product ready to ship, it will show as out of stock on the website, and customers can't order it.
Q: Do you offer all original spare parts on the website?
Yes. We deal only in original spare parts and don't deal in duplicates. You will surely find our prices much higher than the competition because we sell fresh, OEM products. All our screen replacements are same as a customer gets with a new phone.
We don't have a best-price concept because buying originals for a best (lowest) price isn't possible. Any customer looking to buy genuine screen replacements must spend considerable amount to restore the original condition of the phone.
Q: How do you source the original screens, batteries, and other parts?
All original spare parts are available with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers). These OEMs supply all original spare parts to mobile phone manufacturers and also supply in the market. You can't find original spare parts in most markets because these are expensive screens, and most customers want cheap products.
If you thought original spare parts weren't available anywhere, that's not true. Millions of phones are sold every year, and if no one is making the original spares, then how are so many phones coming to the market? Retail customers don't know how business works but talk only based on hearsay.
Q: I've heard that original spare are available only in service center. Isn't that true?
No. It isn't true that original spare parts are available only in the service center. You can find plenty of original spare parts with the right suppliers and it is true that original spare are not available with everyone but only 2% suppliers deal in originals. The reason being, original spare parts are quite expensive and finding interested customers is also a challenge. Over the years, mobile phone companies have spread a rumor that only they have original spares and customers can't find them anywhere else. That's a way of managing the monopoly and feeding customer's mind in such a way that they can't think otherwise.
We suggest you stop thinking that you can't find original spares outside. Even mobile phone manufacturers don't make original products inhouse but outsource them from OEMs. So, it is possible to buy same parts from the OEM, possibly for a lower price.
Q: Can I replace a display after installation?
You can't replace a display after installation, as it's considered a used part. Many customers think that if a display stops working after 1-2 months, it is the seller's fault because he gave a bad product. This assumption is 100% biased, as a seller doesn't control a customer's usage pattern in any way.
If you don't take action, there will be no reaction, and the same applies to the display. If nothing happens, a display will never cease working. You might inadvertently make a mistake, which can cause a display to stop working, and you can't replace it. Here are some common problems that cause a display to stop working:
- Heavy pressure on the display, like keeping it inside a bag or with other objects.
- Watching a movie and sleeping on the phone at night inadvertently.
- Keeping the phone with keys, coins, and other metal objects that strike the touchscreen glass.
- Liquid damage to the display is caused by water, sweating, or when applying glue to the glass.
- Kids playing with their phones, and you don't know what happened to them.
- Overusing glue during installation and when it solidifies slowly erupts the display's cable.
- Dropping the phone on the floor and internal damage to the display.
We believe that only 1% of customers face sudden problems with the display, and there is always an underlying reason. We consider it just a blame game when the buyer doesn't know what happened; he feels that blaming the seller is the way to go.
Q: The display broke automatically. What should I do?
Once in a while, we'll have a customer who says that the display is broken automatically and he needs a new display for free. Some customers have butterfingers, and they crack screens once every month.
We can't help you escape such situations, and we can do nothing if you damage the display. Everybody knows that a display never cracks automatically, and hiding the facts won't make you entitled to a free replacement.
Once the display is installed on the phone, it is the customer's responsibility to use the phone carefully and protect the display from damage and other accidents.
Q: What if I buy an original display and the fingerprint doesn't work?
If you have a phone that supports an in-display fingerprint scanner and you buy an original display from us but the fingerprint scanner doesn't work, you might need additional exercises to fix things.
- You might need to do fingerprint calibration to make things work.
- A software reset might also be required when the fingerprint option goes missing.
- The fingerprint scanner hardware of your phone might need a replacement.
We want to clarify that fingerprint scanning works out of the box without any intervention in 95% of cases. In 5% of cases, you might need to do several exercises to fix things, and you can find many solutions on YouTube.
Q: When there is no warranty, what is the point of buying original spares?
Most customers believe that original spare parts must carry some warranty even after installation. If a seller doesn't offer a warranty, he is not confident about the product, and the quality might not be good.
We want to clarify that a warranty is never an option for a glass-made product. When you use the display every day, bad things can happen, and the display can stop working for various legitimate reasons. Most customers want to claim a broken or malfunctioning display under warranty while they have rendered a working display into a malfunctioning state.
There is no warranty after installation because the buyer keeps the phone and he is fully responsible for any consequence with the display. We sell new spare parts for mobile phones and don't offer any insurance.
