We offer free delivery on 1000s of products. If you want to choose a specific carrier, please let us know right after placing the order. We'll try our best to send your parcel via your preferred delivery partner.

How Delivery Works?

You order a product from our website and we ship it within 24 hours. Most orders are shipped within an hour after a confirmed order. If you order after 7.00 PM, the order will be shipped the next day.

3. We'll ship your order promptly and share tracking details via SMS.

4. The Delivery person will deliver the order to your doorstep within time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the delivery partner and the location. These are estimated delivery times and subject to change according to public holidays.

  • All Metro Location - 2-3 working days.
  • Small Cities and Urban Areas - 4-5 Working Days.
  • Remote Area and Villages: 7-8 Working Days.

We don't have any other faster delivery options because it takes a little time to test the product and ship it. It is not possible for us to deliver a product in 24 hours. We don't welcome any orders which are too urgent for the clients because we can't meet with client's expectations considering current delivery conditions.

Return and Exchange Policy

We want to clarify the return policy so you can understand the terms and conditions fully. The online marketplace is healthy, but some customers will always try to game the system, and we must keep everything clear to avoid any problems or confusion. If something is unclear, please get in touch with us, and we'll clarify it.

You can contact us for a return or exchange in these conditions :

  • If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product. Many mobile phones have similar model names, and if you order a product without double-checking the model name, you might order the wrong one.
  • If your phone has hardware problems and you can't use the display because of other issues with the phone, we're very cooperative with such customers. In this case, you'll have to bear two-way shipping charges.
  • The product is in original working condition, but you've changed your mind about repairing your phone. Two-way shipping charges will also apply in this condition.
  • The product is in the same condition as it arrived, and everything is intact.
  • If you received a wrong product because of a mistake from our side (extremely rare).

You must inform us about a return within seven days after delivery, no longer than that. However, if you test the display after 20 days of delivery and face a problem, you'll have 30 days to get a replacement, provided you've followed all the guidelines.

You can't return a product in these conditions :

  • If you've used or installed the product, the return and replacement policy is automatically void.
  • If you damage or render a product useless during installation, that's your responsibility.
  • We don't take any warranties after installing the display on your phone.
  • Mobile phone screens are fragile items and careless handling is enough to damage them during installation.
  • You can't return a product saying that you found a better deal at another place. Please do all the necessary deal-finding exercise before ordering the product.
  • We don't accept products after pasting, removing screen guard or changing the product's original condition in anyway.
  • We don't accept returns without a proper reason and don't allow customers to misuse return policies. 
  • You can't return a product saying it arrived in damaged condition when you've no unboxing video to support the claim.

We fully reserve the right to deny a return if that doesn't fit into the return policy. Our  website is a genuine marketplace for customers who need genuine spare parts.

Some customers order the products with malicious intentions, backup the data and then try to return it with lame excuses and that won't work. We are 100% genuine in all our dealings and all these polices are to avoid forgery attempts.

If you're a genuine customers having all good intentions, you won't be having any trouble and neither you'll find the policy offending. We protect our clients but we also have to protect our business at the same time.

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

You should have received the tracking details after a confirmed order and you can use those details to track the latest location of your shipment. If you don't have tracking ID or not sure about how to track the order, please call our helpline.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

We don't deliver on public holidays. Some courier offices attempt shipments on a public holiday but we can't predict if that will happen on not. In any case, the deliver person will call you before attempting delivery and you can schedule as per your convenience.

Can I chose a courier partner as per my convenience?

Yes. You can choose a courier partner as per your convenience. If you want to do that, please call us immediately after placing the order and let us know about your preference. If we work with that specific partner, we can surely ship it as per your desire. If we don't have that partner in our locality, we'll choose a partner as per our internal policy.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

We don't offer Next day delivery and that's practically not possible unless the customer is within city limits or the shipments connect directly to that place. For example, we ship from Bikaner, Rajasthan and next day delivery is possible for Jaipur because all the shipments travel via Jaipur and then connected to further locations.it is the main Hub where parcels are directly connected.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

These days, most deliveries happen via OTP and you might need to sign in some cases. Delivery person will always call you and in case of any issues, you can always contact us.

The shipment shows delivered but I didn't receive it. Why?

If the online tracking status shows that your shipment has been delivered, but you haven't received it, please check with family members or security. In most cases, family members or security take the shipment, and the customer doesn't know about that. 

If they have also not taken your shipment, please contact us. We'll request proof of delivery from the courier company and resolve the issue promptly.

My shipment has been delayed. What to do now?

In some cases, courier companies face network or connection issues, and shipments get delayed. That's the nature of this business, and we'll try our best to expedite the shipment for a timely delivery. We highly appreciate your cooperation in this regard.
