Installation Guide

You should carefully install the Motorola Edge Plus display, as OLED screens are very sensitive to pressure and mishandling. Here is a summary of how you should proceed with the installation :

  • Please remove the back glass panel.
  • Unscrew all the screws from the motherboard section.
  • Disconnect the broken display's connection from the motherboard.
  • Connect the new display's cable to the motherboard and power on the phone.
  • Try the new display, use the touchscreen, and verify all the necessary aspects.
  • Remove the plastic films from the fingerprint reader (if any) and back side of the display before installation.
  • Install the display on your phone using glue or double tape.

You should never remove protective films or paste the display without testing it. If you forget to remove the protective films, the fingerprint will not work. Please contact us if you're having trouble understanding something.
